"I was in a bind. I had bought a Demo motor in South Florida. I talked to my dealer in Mobile he wasn't interested in Rigging for me. He said I had not bought the motor from him. I found Rough Water on the web. I contacted them and ask the same. Didnt say anything of my Mobile experience. Ben, the gentelman I spoke with responded wit " we would love to help you. We will treat you just as we would if you had bought from us". And they did!! My engine was shipped to them. They told me the day I could pick it up. And it WAS ready!! They did a fantastic job. Price was fair and treated me very kindly. These folks will be the only ones to touch my 250 ETEC. Thank you Ben, and all the folks at Rough water Marine"

"While visiting the Gulf Coast looking for a used bay boat, I found RoughWater Marine. My lucky day as just the boat I was searching for was available in well-maintained used condition. The customer service experience here is rare in today's businesses. Jon spent an hour with us on the water to prove the quality of the boat and show us its features. Patty was extremely helpful back in the store, as well. It is easy to see why Ben and his father have been in business for over 18 years.
